Poster Format
The poster is required to fit the specifications outlined below:
- Size: 1.5 meters (high) by 1 meter (wide)
- Material: either paper or cardboard.
- Equipment: a medium to hang the poster will be provided by the ChainConference.
- Text: font should be of a sufficient type and size for easy reading at a distance of around 2 meters.
Poster Set Up
Authors are responsible for setting up and taking down their own poster during the Congress. Further details regarding time and venue (i.e. rooms) will follow.
Poster Tips
- Title: at the top of the poster, together with the presenter(s) name(s).
- Body: use clear labels for each section of the poster. The use of arrows, numbers or letters to indicate the reading order is highly recommended.

- Is the poster clear and reader-friendly?
- Does the poster draw interest and conversion?
- Can readers quickly examine the poster and understand its major issues?
- Can an interested reader learn enough to ask informed questions?
