We distinguish a few rounds of papers:

Early round: Papers submitted before the orginal deadline, January the 5th (with an extension to January the 9th)    
- Competitors: Papers in the running for the Best Paper Award, and;
- Non-competitors: Papers no longer in the running for the Best Paper Award.
Late round: Papers submitted before the deadline on February the 20th (no competitors for the Best Paper award).       

5 October 2011            Call for papers published.

5 January 2012             Early round: Full paper submission deadline.

20 February 2012          Early round: Notification of acceptance (including acceptance for Best Paper Award) + Feedback.           20 February 2012              Late round: Paper submission deadline. 

25 March 2012              Early round competitors: Finalised paper deadline (Best Paper Award competition).                 25 March 2012              Late round: Notification of acceptance + Feedback.

15 April 2012                Early round non-competitors & late round: Final submission deadline.

1 May 2012                  Early registration deadline.

23-25 May 2012            Conference.
